Friendship Manor made a difficult situation more bearable and comfortable. They showed a lot of care for my family and our situation. Shayne, especially, was very accommodating and communicative. Very grateful to the Friendship Manor team! Thank you!

I can sum up my Mom’s experience at Frienship Manor as positive, productive, pleasant, and restful; resulting in remarkable progress and healing. This is her second time receiving Rehabilitation from this reputable facility. My initial contact with Shayne Mojica from Admissions was very positive. She facilitated my Mom’s transfer from the hospital. My Mom considers her therapists as her true heroes. Angie Rodriguez, PT and Christine Flores, COTA, were the therapists behind my Mom’s remarkable progress. They helped my Mom regain her strength, and endurance to walk again; and perform her daily tasks like dressing and toileting safely. The nursing staff were very attentive to my Mom’s needs and privacy. They treated her with dignity and respect. In addition, I really appreciate how clean the visitor’s restrooms are every single day when I came to visit my Mom. Overall, my Mom and I highly recommend Friendship Manor Nursing & Rehab.

My mom stayed at Friendship Manor for 3 weeks and I felt she was in great hands. The staff was very caring and responsive to any concerns or questions I had. It's difficult to know what a facility is really like because you can't visit your loved one due to Covid but I was happy with the care my mom received.

The only complaint I have is that they booted her out after 20 days when she wasn't a safe release and without giving us an option to work out a payment plan or further investigate insurance coverage.
