I highly recommend Southbay VW, specifically the service adviser Ricardo Sanchez. One thing that's hard to find in a service shop or dealership is honesty, but with Ricardo honesty is his policy and he's build a reputation for integrity.
I've been coming here for oil changes, repairs, and auto body repairs. Ricardo has been very attentive and does everything he can to help me out. I really appreciate that he makes sure to call or text me with the progress on my car. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to Ricardo at Southbay Volkswagen as long as he keeps working there. No question about that. Ricardo is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Other service advisers come across as a little too eager and make assumptions.
