Caliber Collision

From the first time in entered the shop to show them my car to the end process, everyone was very polite and courteous. they took time to explain everything they were going to do and the end results were very pleasing.

Got in a car accident and my insurance told me to take my car to caliber collision. From the first day, everyone was sweet and helpful! They would call me weekly or text me letting me know the status of the car and how long estimated they think it would take. everything and everyone was so sweet ! at the end they finished a whole early! so happy and so pleased with everything! Jose and ken were great! and also the front office girl, I forgot her name :( but she was so sweet and helpful! thank you ! :)

My brother and I went to this shop because he had an accident with his Honda Accord. We were there the day before Thanksgiving around closing time(we didn't check the hours first) and it seemed like most of the staff were gone for the day. The only guy in the office turned out to be the manager. When we realized the adjusters were not there we expected to make an appointment to come back at a later date. To our surprise he offered to come out and look at the car himself! My brother showed him the estimate he received from the insurance company and this guy took the time to go over everything and explain what everything meant. He did not rush us and seemed to really care. We will be dropping off when the parts come in and Jose was wonderful to work with! Good customer service still does exist!!!
