If you are looking for a place where the coaches are passionate and committed to helping people improve their fitness, health and their life…look no further. The preparation that goes into every single one of the workouts is all with the emphasis of proper form and education…that’s incredibly valuable. Omar and his staff boil down complex health concepts and research so it’s accessible to a wide client base. Not a lot of coaches do that kind of research and are eager to share. Omar and his staff all walk the talk which I find absolutely important as I feel they can relate to my journey. The staff welcome everyone and meet people where they are presently in their fitness journey. I look forward everyday to see my coach and the rest of the OMode Fam for our workouts, to be challenged, embrace being uncomfortable, and to cheer each other on!
