When I called early on a Saturday morning, I had been searching for a piece of medical equipment my husband needed that the ER in Escondido refused to supply the night before. The clerk on the phone was very helpful - the shop had more than one type of it in stock, quoted the lowest price, and gave excellent instructions to find their shop. I found the place easily and got exactly what I needed for my husband. Very helpful experience after a difficult night in the ER.

The service was very good that's why i've given this review 4 stars but it would have been 1 star for the owner of this store! She told me on the phone it would cost $75 to install a battery in my scooter lift, but after it was completed her employee told me she had left a note for him to charge me $100. I will not use or bye anything from this store again. BEWARE1
