  2yrs of storing my life's treasures showed no signs of problems on moving day. Extremely pleased with this location.. All good no issues other than $$$ a bit pricey for the size & need .. But 5 stars for being flexible patient with my frequent delay in paying on time.. Never once was i kept from accessing my stuff or locked out...
  Outstanding..
  Also well protected..

  In June of 2018 we had no idea where we were going to move our items. Did a Google seaching and we found Extra space storage. After reading the reviews we called and spoke with someone about renting a unit. The next day we looked at a unit went back to the office and did some paperwork. Office staff was absolutely awesome and a pleasure to rent from. Made us feel safe about leaving our items on their property. Parking lot gated and secure, property clean, hours are great and our storage is right for our items! Currently renting from them so I recommend you go check them out if you need or want a storage unit!!!

  I love Extra Space Storage. I store my RV trailer here and have found the staff very friendly and helpful. This facility is newer and nice and clean. There is also a was facility for when I want to rinse my trailer off. Overall the best storage in the area.

  Came in to look for storage quotes. Sabina showed me a couple different size storage units. Was very informative. Great customer service. Not to mention, they even have the 1st month free promo. Was asked if I wanted to make a reservation, but I didnt want to commit to anything quite yet because not sure when I'm moving. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family who are in need of storage.

  Extra Space Storage On N. River Rd. is a great location. We have had two storage units there for the past eight years.
  They recently repainted everything and it looks great. The location is very convenient and large delivery trucks can get easily in and out.
  The managers, Jeff and Sabina, are terrific. They have repeatedly gone way above and beyond in helping us.
  Occasionally, a pallet delivery will arrive at an unexpected time. When that happens, Jeff or Sabina are kind enough to give me a call so I don’t miss the delivery.
  Recently, I had an early three pallet delivery, which was due the following day, so I was left with no help.
  Sabina called to let me know my delivery had arrived early.
  I quickly gathered the things I needed in order to receive the order and raced over to Extra Space Storage.
  When I arrived, I realized that I was wearing a sweatshirt on a 70 degree day with three pallets to unload by myself. I also couldn’t put everything in the unit and leave.
  Not wanting to have a heart attack from overheating, Sabina was kind enough to stand at my storage unit while I quickly drove to my home and changed into a much cooler top and drove back.
  I was so thankful that they helped me in a way that was not their typical “customer service”.
  I was not “just a storage unit number”.
  Thank you again and again.
