(January 28, 2024, 3:37 am)My last visit was in October of 2016. My grandmother grew up in that mission and went to school there when she was a kid. Some of our family is buried there, and we are a part of the San Luis Rey Mission band of Natives.
Some pretty cool history I learned from her and from visiting there!

(September 20, 2018, 1:42 am)Wonderful place to tour! Beautiful for photography and history. The architecture is impressive and the grounds are so peaceful. You can walk around the gardens and cemetery and be alone with your thoughts. Enjoy the Spanish architecture and the desert landscape. Both are incredibly impressive.
