    Beautiful place I ever visited, love the events they have there for so many years. Great management was chuck n fran Thomason.. 👏 👌. It has it problems after chuck n fran Thomason retired, need older, knowledgeable management, young management don't understand senior fun, n care.

    Great place to live. People are great. Management is there to help out and listen to your concerns. But the new owner wants more rent and has now raised it.. This is hurting ones that have a certain amount of income. Especially, with all living expenses going up, all together.

    I love living in RSLRMHP.
    Wonderful neighbors. Great Homeowner Advisory Committee plus Senior Moments crew who organize our potlucks and other enter events. Movies in the clubhouse. Would rate 5 stars but our management company could be a lot better.
