(February 2, 2019, 2:46 pm)Orlando was awesome! Went in for a quick fix and he took the time to show me some stuff and get my bike dialed in. He even noticed that my back tire wasn't seated properly and got that fixed up as well. Awesome service! I will definitely be back.

(January 4, 2019, 1:07 am)I went in the last 15 minutes today bought a basket and clothed net and I am so happy with my purchase charged to Barnes and Noble for the first time in my life I got to do my errands and not sweat a mess or risk vehicles effortlessly run over my stuff I had everything organized neat and tucked away I even felt and felt that I look better for being more independent thanks to the men and the kind man that assisted me he was so righteous I really recommend providers who are not rude who are polite and caring I could even bring in my bike I didn't have to leave it outside or hear sidestories I got in and out and made sure I got what basket I really needed instead of what I chose was more basic but more work ! The basket that was recommended is so much the better trust Alan bikes seriously I bought my cruiser from someone else but alans bike shop is respectfully yours I remember when I first moved out here these guys did really nice pardons I really appreciate their patience and respect they give to any one even if your not a customer they will get you to be one , one day cheers

(April 16, 2018, 4:55 pm)Top notch service. I've been in here several times to get my bike tuned. The standard tune is a great price, and the turn around time is usually about 24 hrs. Twice I've gone in with a problem I couldn't figure out myself. Bill diagnosed it and fixed it in about 20 min for no charge. As far as I'm concerned it's the best place in San Diego.
