Great Pain Mngmt. Doctor. The wait can be a bit long, but always worth it. Very nice and helpful staff.

I had a massive splinter in my toe that i couldn't get out. It was lodged in there for two weeks and despite waiting for it to work itself out and trying to dig it out, i realized i needed a professional.

I was referred to Carlsbad Coastal by a friend and was glad i went.

The wait was about 1/2 hour, but once i got into the exam room, everything went quickly.

It turns out it wasn't a splinter but a deep thorn about 1/4" in length. There is no way i would have been able to get this thing out on my own. The procedure took about 1/2 hour once he started to numb the toe til the pesky thorn came out, but, no more pain!

I highly recommend Carlsbad Coastal and their friendly staff and skilled doctor.

This doctor is wonderful, yes if you have pain beyond what he feels comfortable caring for, that is him protecting you! I was in bad shape seizure d and broke my back. he sent me to a pain specialist and that is good not bad
