“The Assistant/Retirement Facility that I live in now is Fairwinds Ivey Ranch in Oceanside CA and this Facility is part of the Leisure Care that is all over the United States. Each Facility has different names. These fabulous living facility whether they live for Retirement and/or Assistant. These Facilities are 5 Stars or MORE. There are many, many residents women and men and a ot of married couples live here together. Most residents are 80, 90 and a few 100's years old. I am the youngest one here and I am 72 years old. Maybe I look young on my outside, but NOT in the inside! I love it here and SO many daily activities all day inside, outside buses take them to wonderful places. Before I moved here, I went around in several Cities here in San Diego, but nothing or no where that anything was NO WAY then this facility. ”

“Your basic 24h gym although this one has a lap pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms along with a basketball court and group spin/zoomba room. The equipment is generally well maintained but I have found some to be broken from time to time. It does get a bit crowded in the late afternoon and early evening when people get off work. Parking is plentiful.”

“Within the past week I had to come to the pharmacy here 4 different times due to an illness that was mostly unknown, and everytime I came in the staff were friendly polite and extremely helpful. This last visit I had to use the drive up window due to being unable to walk or stand for more than a few minutes and the assistant at the window, Bianca I think?, was not only able to assist with my prescription meds but also grabbed an OTC med for me from outside the pharmacy so that I didn't have to go inside. I am so grateful for her help going above and beyond just for something so simple it really made my night a while lot easier.”

“Smaller gym on base. Good thing about it, is that it isnt as crowded as the bigger gym. You have that you need that is is im the bigger gym besides the track and basketball courts. Got my workout in with no issues. Staff was super friendly.”
