Service was great lady at the front helped me order beacuse I've never had Jamaican food, price was understandable definitely on the pricey side but for a reason. First time at this store and didn't realize it had no indoor space but it was convenient to walk up to the order \take out window rather than get in the car line. “This place is a fun hole-in-the-wall with excellent food, great prices, and large portions. I like to come for the lunch special usually and enjoy the orange and sweet and sour chicken. My friend I come with really likes Mongolian beef. The staff here are attentive and awesome, and very well-humored. The last time I was here, I was pleasantly surprised to see them all taking a lunch break together and sharing some camaraderie. It's just a cool place. I highly recommend it to anyone.”

“We were looking for a new breakfast place to try and this was close to my mom's home. The food was flavorful and very appealing to the eye. We used take out. My only wish is that the house potatoes and potatoes in the breakfast burrito were softer. We cooked them a little jobber and they were perfect. I will definitely visit again, because the flavor was on point!”

“We got a coupon in the mail so I filed it in my coupon envelope cuz you never know when you'll have a KFC 🍗 emergency! Yesterday while out for an errand, I was hankering for some KFC 🐔.... pulled out my coupon and the 9 piece bucket for $15.99 got my attention. So off I went to the nearest KFC in Vista... the first place I went in said we don't have this coupon and told me to go to the KFC in Oceanside. I called before leaving the parking lot and was told they don't have that coupon in their system and the special they have currently is 8 pieces for $21. I wasn't about to give up because now I'm really curious why KFC would send out a coupon and their locations have no idea what the heck it is! I called another KFC in Oceanside, the 2007 Mission location, and the lady I spoke with told me we don't have that coupon but bring it in and we'll see what we can do. Off I went! When I got there, the young lady I showed the coupon to said let me get my manager. Flora (sp) the manager too said we don't have this coupon in our system. She asked where I got it, I told her I got it in the mail. I also told her I'm really curious why KFC would send out a coupon but none of the locations that I've been to or called have it in their system.... Long story short, she didn't turn me away! Flora told me what she was willing to do for me and did it! I appreciate the level of customer service and the way she and her staff dealt with me! I came in during dinner time and I wasn't the only one person hankering for some KFC🍗! All three staff were working hard filling orders but never did I feel rushed nor did they make me feel bad for having a mystery coupon! I was so pleased with the exchange I went back to the car to grab some moola for a tip! I got home with my bucket of guilty pleasure to go with my steamed rice and garlic broccoli 🥦 (the things we do to justifya bucket as we get older)!!! Thank you Flora and staff for being kind, for smiling, and working hard to provide fantastic customer service 😋!!!!”

“This place is great, I have nothing but positive things to say. Usually when we all go to chain restaurants your experience is nothing but conventional. You receive your run-of-the-mill food. The service is your standard friendly. You eat and you go home. I must say that with this restaurant it's not just your prototypical L&L. Why? You might ask. Well let me break it down for you. 1. The Food: It's fresh! I can taste the high quality of all the ingredients that they used. Believe me, I love eating out so I know the difference. On each bite I can tell that they really make sure that they cooked and prepared it appropriately. 2. The Service: As long as they meet the standard, that's an okay restaurant in my book. Well guess what? This place exceeded my standard of great service. You can feel the positivity as soon as you walk in that door. Which takes me to the last part of this review.. 3. The Atmosphere: I can sense the feeling of calmness in this place. The location is quite accessible as well as the parking. I feel that I'm really in Hawaii. And I have to add this... The place is just squeaky clean! It just makes you feel at ease. Despite their busy schedule, we had a chance to talk to the owners of this particular L&L Branch and they are very professional and quite lovely. Thank you for the amazing food! “Iconic Taco shop in Oceanside tourist beach area. This place has incredible edgy art plastered all over this building’s insides. Statues, paint splashes, graffiti style writing, and colorful booth seats. It’s an eyesore and an artistically stimulating environment in which to dine. The food is above average Mexican food. The tacos are pretty good, the roja salsa is some of the best in the world, and the chips are crisp (maybe too crisp, definitely too thick and oily). The cost is likely steep due to the real estate. Prices don’t seem too high until they nickel and dime you for every squirt of sour cream and smudge of guacamole. It adds up quickly. Purchased 4 tacos, 4 Juaritos, 1 nachos, one bean and cheese burrito and one side of chips and salsa- $70. Seems a bit steep. But it’s tasty and no one went hungry, even though the portions seem a bit small for the cost. As I said, this is iconic. You won’t be disappointed in your experience, though you’ll likely pay a bit more than expected.”

“This is a dope little hangout spot. Despite the size of the place it can hold large parties. They have a large seating area with bench style seating. The food here is very good some of these reviews are tripping. The pizza looks delicious, and the burgers are dank! I started off with the sampler platter to get a mix of everything, and it didn't disappoint. The wings were huge, with a nice spicy BBQ flavor on it. I tried the jalapeño bacon cheese burger and it was definitely worth coming back for. The most expensive meal is 18 bucks, everything is very affordable and not a tourist trap. Adam our bartender gave outstanding service, and recommended some good beer to try. The draft beer selection is huge, it looked like they had over 50 on the line! (Not sure of exact amount tho) and it was clean and cold beer. The arcades are kid friendly and they even have a little bowling alley with mini bowling balls! All and all this is a great place to have a fun date, watch sports, or enjoy great affordable food! Easy 5 stars with great service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Didn't get to taste the food because they shut down their kitchen right smack at the beginning of karaoke. We drove a long way and we were hungry. We ended up ordering a couple of drinks and singing one karaoke song and having to leave because the rotation was so ridiculously long and there was no food. KJ was great though! Would return just for her. A suggestion, if you're going to have a crowdful people drinking in your establishment it's a great idea to have food besides the fact that you'll make more money you'll have much happier customers.”

“While on vacation with family, we decided to visit Oceanside. To be honest, I’ll only go back strictly for this restaurant. Over waiter and food were awesome. Our waiter was able to answer all of our questions. He definitely was not lying when he said all the food was amazing. From our different meals, not one was lacking anything. “This used to be the old Enzo's location and my oh my, how much has changed. It doesn't even feel like the same space. One thing that always bugged me about the sit up (or sit in) counter was that the wall was too high. If you sit at the counter, you're basically staring at a wall. Consider add some small LCD screens? Or maybe the menu? Just a thought... Love the brightly colored menu with photos that makes selection far easier. We have only ordered the boba teas from here, which are excellent but I intend to try the food as well. They have everything from Tempura Shrimp to Crispy Tofu. I see a few rice bowls and noodle soup options as well.”

“So I love this Panda Express. I came in almost a year ago and there was this awesome manager and his name is slipping me...I had not been for awhile and then went and Odalys and Andrew were so super nice and answered all my questions that now I go to Panda a couple of times a week sometimes just to get a side because I have to watch what I eat. But I love going there just because everyone is so nice - it can be a great place to grab a bit and decompress. Thanks for being so cool to the rest of the staff as well.”
