“This is quite the place! My brother proclaimed it as the best pizza in town. He was pretty much on the button with this one. Everything is fresh and whatever they do to the sauce, i really need to know what it is. They have a nice selection of local beer and the place is great for families. No need for reservations and there is never a wait. Last, if you flying solo or have some with you that is a bit persnickety, they have a good selection of by the slice also.”

“Best price for gas that I've seen in North County. Consistently cheaper than all the other local gas stations. It's a simple facility with a few pumps on Coast Highway with easy entrance and exit. There's a convenience store, but I can't tell you much more than that since I don't usually go in those except in emergencies or if I need to pay due to some pump based malfunction. That said, I've never had to go inside.”

“This is a great local pet shop! Stopped in with my doggy for the DIY bath. You get everything you need and they show you how to use it all. Super convenient and easy! Loved not having to clean up my bathroom after bath time (who doesn't love that!) and my doggy loved the friendly staff. We will be back for sure!! :)”

“*Not an owner* I was a guest of an owner and know how the Wyndham works at the properties. You have to be short with them to avoid the presentation. Other than that, the north tower in which I stayed in was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I stayed in a 2 bedroom with view. It was amazing. The trains do pass and honk, so just be aware. There are plenty of places and watering holes nearby. I highly recommend this place before the property next door gets built.”

“It is with deep regret that my daughter, Christie, and I are leaving Sea View Apartments. This has been our home for the last two years. New HUD senior apartments have just been built in Oceanside and since I only have my social security for income, I must take advantage of their low monthly rents. Here at Sea View, everyone treats each other like family. I am sure that this is due to the fact that our manager, Raphael Ruiz, treats each of us as family. Sea View has treated us to BBQ's and when we asked to have get togethers on Halloween, etc., we are encouraged to do so. We have made lasting relationships here and hope to come back to visit often.”

“Everything about this place is close to perfect. To start with you have complementary underground parking. The professionalism when you are greeted is top notch. They're very efficient and organized. The view is incredible. It looks out over the ocean and you also have a view of the Oceanside pier. The food has always been awesome. They always have great specials. And I was there on a Wednesday with half price bottles of wine. The service from our Server was very attentive knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I highly recommend 333 Pacific.”

“Pretty much run by a young staff. Decent flavor thin crust personal sized pizza and salads . Nice assortment of Beer, Wines and other non alcoholic beverages. Wait time varies, depending on amount of Customers. I personally think it is a bit slow. But, one of the Cohen Restaurants known for quality and popularity. This place just needs a more mature person supervising .”

“I recently bought one of these downtown San Diego at one of the stands they always have every Sunday. I made tea in it last night before my lab but then forgot about it. I went to go dump it out this morning and it's still hot. So, I got the nice surprise of just enjoying my tea this morning instead. I had a similar bottle to this from Teavana but it was pretty limiting. The place for tea leaves was so large that if I wanted to shove tea leaves in and get to school or work, I'd either have to have some way to dump my tea leaves during my commute or I'd have to settle for overstepped black/green tea, which everyone knows tastes nasty. With this I just place it upside down to steep the tea in the leaves and turn it right-side up when it's had enough time. I love this so far.”

“This place is dope. The pricing is super affordable and they have a good selection of a variety of genres. The higher-ticket albums are proudly displayed on the wall, but there are many hidden gems hiding in the racks. They're always getting new stuff. The staff is super chill and genuinely care about helping you find what you're looking for while not being overbearing and just letting you flip through the albums and hang out”
