He has an expertise that you can’t beat and he truly wants to make your experience exceptional. He cares about your opinions and values, and your mental state during the process.   Marcos, who was referred to me by a neighbor who had utilized him in the past, helped me sell my home in Sabre Springs back in 2015. For starters, he was extremely likable and easy to work with. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions and worked tirelessly to substantiate all of the upgrades we had done on our house when our appraisal came in lower than anticipated. He ultimately negotiated a great selling price for me. My mother used him to refinance her house and loved working with him as well. I would definitely recommend Marcos to anyone buying or selling a home!

  My husband and I were referred to Marcos from a friend of mine. The minute we walked in to his office he was accommodating and made sure that our girls were taken care of so that we could have a conversation of our wants and needs in a home. I ended finding homes all over San Diego County and Marcos was great and took me to ever single one that he was able to receive responses from. Marcos made sure that he was available whenever I was to be able to show me houses and made extra time for when my husband got off work to go show him the same property. Our contract on the home we put an offer on was accepted and started within three hours of the home owner accepting our offer. Marcos is incredible and friendly all around. It was great working with him and I cannot wait to work with him again if and when our home needs change.

  We actually interviewed four different agents before choosing Marcos and Rick at Priority Estates Realty. We felt that they were the most in tune with our needs and expectations. Marcos handled most of the process and he listened very carefully to our needs and expectations and they created a marketing plan that quickly turned into the sale of our house. Marcos was very aware of comparative properties and had his finger on the pulse of the market in our specific area. He was able to walk through our house and around our property and clearly define and communicate features that differentiated our property from others on the market. Excellent communication and transparency throughout the process was extremely important to us and Marcos was a great asset to have on our team.
