From the start, it was clear that Jim (the owner) knew what he was talking about. He told us what he was planning on doing to fix our tub, and why it was the best way of making the tub look nice and neat.
During the day, when he encountered something that he thought we should know about, he brought it to our attention so that we were aware of everything that we needed to know.
All in all, it was a solid job that was very well done. I would recommend Duraglaze Refinishers to anyone looking to refinish their bathtub.
