  A big thank you to Able, Gloria, and Samantha. After having a bad experience, Gloria did what she could to salvage my hair cut. There are parts that she couldn't fix and this was not her fault. She did a great job taking time to make me feel better and restoring confidence in the salon. Able (Twin Peaks), Samantha (Scripps Ranch), and Lauren (4S Ranch) all phoned to assist me and offer solutions. Honestly, the care that I have been given by this team will keep me coming back. Thank you all!
  
  Earlier post: Just went to the Poway location and got the WORST haircut ever ! Avoid Mai! She is no stylist or even a barber. I went in with an adorable pixie haircut given to me by the manager of this location and left nearly snatched bald by Mai. I actually have spots where you see my scalp! The back neckline is so bad that I have no idea what to do! It will take months for this to grow to a point where I can get a decent haircut! I am a cancer patient and this affects me greatly! Never ever had a bad haircut here but she needs to go!

  I just got my haircut yesterday here and I have to give Josephine a big positive shout out. She cut my hair so perfect I've never been more happy with any haircut I've ever had. Josephine is very particular and does a wonderful job making sure I was happy before I left . Highly recommend Josephine!
