(August 2, 2021, 7:56 pm)I needed to change my pickup from 8am on the 9th of July to 4:30 pm on 7/8 to allow for an early morning start. Making the change cost more than $100. I downsized to a compact car and prepaid to minimize the increase. Was not a satisfied customer!
