(April 18, 2021, 9:17 am)Great room, loved the balcony and rooftop balcony. Room is well equipped with comfortable king size bed, microwave, two mini fridges, double vanities and wonderful shower.
The only drawback was the staff. They seemed overwhelmed and truly over whatever festival was going on the weekend of April 16. Maybe the spring breakers just caused chaos. Bad service included no room service or towel exchange. We asked the front at least three times to change our towels. It wasnt until we tipped one of the cleaning staff that our room was attended to.
Overall great location, nice room, just not the service I would hope would come with a 4 star hotel. -

I was nervous for a month because of the BAD reviews but this was the only hotel across from beach with a balcony, refrigerator, microwave, pool, 2 bathroom sink areas, walk in shower, and king size bed. The hotel was nice. EVERYBODY was friendly from front desk to housekeeping. One housekeeper actually stopped cleaning a room to get me towels and bags (I don’t even think my room was her assigned room) the hotel restaurant was also good! Also everything was in walking distance....The only thing that bothered me was that the curtains to the balcony doors were very dirty at the bottom and the shower drained water out slow..But I would stay here again!

(January 27, 2021, 6:13 pm)Stayed here for my birthday weekend which was on Thanksgiving, I got the Penthouse suite. I booked here through booking for 3 nights at first it was a little issues because when I was trying to check in the system was down. The black tall guy that worked at night helped out he went above and beyond for me. On my second night i was trying to add one more night it a Spanish lady told me I couldn't because all the groom's were full (which was a lie). I saw the black guy again and he added the night for me. I wish I got his name but you guys need to give him a raise lol his customer service skills was excellent. The room was beautiful loved everything and it was near everything didn't need to drive anywhere. I will book here again.
