  Been coming to The studio for years and love it. Its challenging each time because each instructor is unique and will make it worth your time. Everyone is so nice and friendly including the members. Highly recommend trying a class. It’s addicting????

  When first experiencing a barre class I wasn't too sure if it was the right workout for me, but I decided to give it another try and went to xtend barre. I absolutely LOVED it, so worth it! Everything from the studio to the staff were great, I would absolutely recommend this place.

  Always a challenging workout with positive and upbeat instructors that make you work hard while making the class fun. The instructors guide you throughout the class and offer variations depending on the skill level or what you are seeking. No matter how often you might barre-- you will always be a bit sore (in a good way) after one of these classes.

  I love Xtend Barre Scripps Poway! I have only been going to this studio for a month and I have already lost 15 pounds! Every class I have gone to has been an amazing workout and the teachers have all been incredible! I did not have any prior experience with barre classes before going to Xtend Barre and the entire community was very welcoming and I never felt silly during the classes. I highly recommend going to Xtend Barre Scripps Poway today!!!!

  Great workout! Very challenging! The studio offers a few different class options. I haven’t tried them all yet, but look forward to doing so. Nice community of clients.
