  The store itself is very clean and organized, I have always had pretty good experiences with Sally’s generally. I had a slight issue with one of the sales reps, she had dark hair and glasses and I’d say she was leaning more towards the shorter side of average. Whenever I came to the register to check out, despite clearly making eye contact with me, she got up and left towards the back. I waited there, just confused, holding everything in my arms until another sales person came up to check me out.
  They were nice, asked if I found everything ok and went through the whole sales pitch how they were supposed to, so I don’t know, maybe the other person was having an emergency or something but definitely felt like she was just being rude for the fun of it.

  Always friendly staff and very friendly customers. Super clean store and very polite service. They helped me get everything i needed in a timely manner and even answered all of the questions I've had about what I should be doing to my hair go keep the color there longer!

  Dr. Cutler is amazing! I found him while playing groupon roulette and now I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my maintenance. My first visit was for basic botox. It was a great experience so I decided to try some filler. Over the past 3 years, I have had lips, smile lines and under my eyes done. All with flawless results that exceeded my expectations. Most recently I gave PDO threading a shot in the area around my mouth. The results are incredible after just 1 session. Dr. Cutler always knows what I need for the results I'm looking for and has never pushed for something I don't need as I've experienced in other places. I have compared the prices I get at SDIM with other spas throughout San Diego and they can't be beat. I would highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

  This was my first time here after deciding to find a new med spa. It was convenient and very welcoming and clean. Loved the children’s books since my daughter was with me, a warm touch. The staff and facility were wonderful. Dr. Cutler was amazing and very informative without being pushy. This was my third time having Botox (first two elsewhere) and it was by far the best. I didn’t feel a thing! Literally painless. My go to spa from now on.

  Dr Cutler is amazing! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He’s kind, informative and doesn’t give unrealistic expectations. My results are beautiful, thank you! I’ll definitely be going back for more procedures/treatments

  Have been coming here for over a year now and have seen incredible improvements in my skin. What I really love is they don't push products you don't need and they really take into account your skin type and other products you use to recommend the best skin care routine. I have seen both Linda & Putri and highly recommend both of them!

  I was referred here by my friend. Lovely staff, and Dr Cutler Is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go and be treated so kindly. Very happy with the work and I will definitely be a repeat client.

  Very very nice staff! I cannot stress enough how nice the staff members are. The whole place was spotless and very well stocked. Nothing was out of place. The store is smaller than other Sally's but they still had a lot of really good stuff. The staff member that helped me was able to locate the product I was looking for immediately and even gave me other DIY tips and tricks to achieve my goal. I will be coming to this location again!
