“I don’t I actually have Geico as my insurance carrier. However, I was recently sideswiped by a person who does have Geico and when I went to file my claim I spoke with a representative named Brianna. She was absolutely wonderful! She was so pleasant and helpful and quick to get all the info she needed. While inputting all the data she also engaged in a conversation with me and didn’t keep me on a silent hold. By the time I was done with my part, I was no longer really upset and felt like we were going to be in good hands. She then called the party and got all the needed information from them. The other party was at fault so she called right back and set me up with a place to get the car fixed and she said the rental car would be there waiting for me!!! This was such an easy process and I thank Brianna and Geico for making it that way!!!!”
