I have had the pleasure of working with Brooke for almost a year now, her knowledge of the body is just astounding. Anytime I have a question about something she can either show me a move I can practice or she does research and gets back to me with ideas to help. She has provided exercises for me do at home for between lessons. I leave her our sessions feeling great and am usually sore, in a good way, a couple of days after. I would recommend Brooke to anyone beginner or advanced!
