  They have a cool app where you upload photos of the damage to your car, which during Covid19 is a cool and safe way to for everyone to get a quote. Knowing that you can't always tell how extensive damage can be by just photos, I was given an estimate that I thought was really fair and a timeline that was also really good. I got to the shop for drop off and the staff was so friendly and nice. I was emailed the very next day with an update that there was some more extensive damage which I was anticipating since the bumper was removed there and was given an updated quote and timeline which were both really fair. The repair was supposed to take 2 weeks and be completed by 6/8/2020 and I got a call that it was done and ready for pickup on 6/1/2020. I am more than pleased with the quickness my car was fixed, but I am super happy with how good my car looks now. It looks like it's brand new again! The work they did is flawless! 10/10 will recomend to friends and family! Thanks Carillo and Sons!

  They made it easy to get the repair done in a timely fashion. They communicated the entire time. For my busy schedule this was greatly appreciated. Everyone had a great sense of humor as well.

  Absolutely incredible customer service! Everyone was welcoming, kind and generous every time I was in the office. The level of detail and quality of work is unmatched. Customer satisfaction was placed at the highest level. The work took about a week to complete and the communication was outstanding during the process. I have never been treated so well as a customer. This is a true family owned business and several other customers also raved about quality of work and the level of detail. This business deserves the highest accolades!! They have set the bar really high, especially for a work on a relatively new vehicle.

  This is my 1st time here and I must say that Carrillos is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
  1. I was greeted with a warm hello from everyone. There are smiles happiness and a very good vibe.
  2. They have the cutest pets and Princess Sofia is the cutest thing ever!!!! The fact that they allow pets at work is great...no stress here.
  3. The waiting area is fabulous....there is a comfortable couch, chairs, coffee with all the fixings, candy, tea, water, coloring books, reading materials....you won't go bored or hungry...lol....not that I waited long but it's one of the best waiting areas I've experienced.
  My rep Blaine is knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
  4. The bathrooms are Clean and not like usual auto body or mechanic's bathroom....this actually has soap, tissue, decorations, flowers, air freshener, lotion, and papertowles.
  5. The owner is on site..in the building, and very interactive with customers. She is amazing and awesome!!!
  6. Also...this a woman owned and a family business!
  I was unfortunately rear-ended and the person's insurance listed Carrillos as one of their top 5 chouces....I researched and read all of the reviews and Carrillos is the BEST! I will recommend Carrillo's to anyone needing body work.

  Got my car back from Carrillo and Sons today and she looks fantastic!
  These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work being done and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and fresh cookies in the waiting area is always a nice touch. If you need quality body work done in San Diego, this is the place!
