(February 17, 2020, 8:42 pm)Doctor Castillo from Parkview Orthodontics has been such a joy to have as an Orthodontist. He is an absolutely wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring professional.
My 15 year old daughter carried-over her orthodontic care from a provider in Arizona. When we moved to San Diego i had plenty of choices but was taken by Dr. Castillo’s mannerism and professional style. He is especially great with children and young adults quickly making them feel comfortable in an otherwise stressful situation (as a child). If you are looking for an Orthodontist you really owe it to yourself to setup a consultation with him. I refer him to everyone.
(January 22, 2020, 10:00 pm)Dr. Castillo is doing aligners on me. He's correcting my top teeth, bringing them down and tilting them (they're at an angle rather than horizontal) and uprighting some bottom teeth. I'm only on the 6th set of aligners and I am noticing a beautiful change in my smile. I'm so happy! He's really talented and patient, and extremely detail-oriented. He's someone I have confidence in and know I can trust. And despite his credentials (Harvard and Columbia grad, UCSD free clinic volunteer instructor), he is extremely humble.
Ella (his assistant) is also wonderful! When she first fitted my aligners I told her I felt like I was getting a spa treatment. :) Jan and Michelle, who run the front desk, always make me feel welcomed.
(January 10, 2020, 2:08 pm)Dr. Castillo is amazing! I am nearing the end of my braces venture and he has been awesome the entire time. Every appointment he keeps me updated on the progress of my treatment and makes sure I have all my questions and concerns addressed before I leave. He truly cares for his patients. If you're looking into getting braces for yourself or a loved one, he's the Orthodontist to go with!!!!
(January 8, 2020, 2:29 am)From the front desk clerk, to the scheduling coordinator, to the dental assistant and Dr. Castillo himself, the staff at Park View treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I only needed a retainer replacement, but they warmly welcomed me, educated me on each of my options, thoroughly explained a plan for replacement and carried out the process very professionally and with great detail. If I should ever need any further orthodontic treatment I will not hesitate to return, and I would highly recommend Dr. Castillo and his wonderful staff if you are considering treatment yourself.
