(January 10, 2019, 4:17 pm)Dropped in while in town during a conference. Its got the classic (or classy) crossfit vibe. Everyone was very friendly, and easily accessible by the scooters/bikes found around town. They offer weekly drop in rates, which is a plus for longer conferences, and have later classes in the evening and open gym hours. So there is no excuse to not work out while in San Diego.

I am a very shy person, so I was really nervous about dropping in anywhere here in SD. After reading reviews I decided to try this place out. If you are like me and are searching for a place check them out!
1. Programming is awesome. The coaches really make sure you warm up well enough for the days workout. Really focousing on form and getting warm. And each class is organized and ran really well, maximizing the full hour.
2. Coaches are really nice and everyone in the classes were welcoming.
3. Super easy to drop in. The website makes it extremely easy to sign in for a class. An added benefit is the price.
I will definitely be back next time I am here! -

All the coaching staff are educated and dedicated to providing a safe healthy environment for becoming your physical and mental best! If anything at least the community is quite attractive ;)
