  From the moment we walked in the office, we felt at home. Their welcome board is too cute. Every single person in the office is AMAZING! Their knowledge and experience combined with excellent service should make this your #1 and only stop for orthodontic care. I'm not the type to write reviews but this place deserves it. My daughter looked forward to every appt, which was always on time and fairly quick. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and you can throw any curveball at them and they will handle it. Dr. Lindsay Pfeffer knows her stuff and you can tell she is very experienced and knows how to run a great office. My younger daughter already knows where she will be getting braces ????.

  Both of my boys saw Dr. Pfeffer! She is so great and really makes you feel like you're a priority patient! She AND her staff are all so caring and really take the time to get to know your kids and really your whole family! I felt very accommodated by the whole iOrtho office. They are great when working with the financial part too! Very flexible!

  I had a wonderful experience at I-Orthodontics. The staff is friendly and the service provided was on point. I always felt welcome and my teeth look great now! They even replaced a lost retainer for free. Highly recommended!!

  We moved to San Diego from San Jose during the middle of my son's orthodontic treatment. He was in braces. We needed a new orthodontist right away to continue his treatment. His previous orthodontist said the braces would likely need to come off prematurely since his gums were swollen. I-Ortho was recommended by a neighbor. And we couldn't be happier. Dr. Pfeffer and her team made my son feel right at home. She gave him the information and encouragement he needed to make his gums healthy again. And, with her expert care, his teeth were in proper alignment within months. Her staff was excellent, too. They communicated well with me and my son, and gave excellent care. Most importantly, they have made my son's smile beautiful.
