  Best price for parking near the Tijuana border. I've parked here twice and had no issues. The first time, I reserved online at SpotHero. The second time, we just drove up. The price was actually $1 or so cheaper if you pay there via your phone.
  The Spothero website says they don't accept vans and other large vehicles, but they do.

  It is a little bit expensive but you can not get a better location if you would like to walk across the border. I booked 3 days ahead on the webpage.

  Tight parking but had open spaces all day that we were there. $11 for 10 hours. Use their app or like we did a kiosk that takes cash or credit, enter your license plate number and duration then pay. Onsite attendant was helpful, explained procedure and said to check with attendant when leaving but the attendant on duty then just waved us out. 3 hour wait to cross back into USA at west pedestrian port.
