  Sarah and the Egoscue practice have given me back not only my mobility and comfort but my sense of well being. I thought that nothing could help me feel better in my body until I started working with Sarah. After a month I feel like a new person and also that I have gained a wonderful new friend. Sarah is a delight, intelligent, well trained and compassionate. I look forward to our sessions each week and even though we are ½ a continent apart it feels like we are in the same room. As a yoga teacher of 20 years I can honestly say that I feel safe, seen and guided by an expert who understands and respects my limitations and frustrations. Thank you lovely Sarah and Egoscue for helping me find ease and confidence in my body again.

  Egoscue of Del Mar was recommended to me by my mother who is over 70 and has avoided knee surgery thanks to the clinic. I severely injured my shoulder a little over two months ago while giving birth (oddly enough). When I had my first Skype appointment with Brad I was in a lot of pain throughout the day and could barely lift my baby. I had been off and on prescription NSAIDs for a month and had to sleep sitting up each night because of the pain. After one week of doing my first menu of exercises I was off the medication and no longer had pain while in a resting state. It's now been five weeks since my first appointment, and while I'm still working on regaining full range and stability in my shoulder, I am thrilled that I am making steady progress each day considering I am caring for a newborn full-time (think - holding a baby all day, awkward nursing positions, lifting in and out of stroller, baby-carrier, car seat, etc....). I look forward to doing the E-cises each day, and the great thing is that they don't take long at all. As a mother of 2 with a newborn, I don't have a lot of free time throughout the day but the routines are short enough to be feasible as well as effective. I feel stronger and more balanced each day and know I'll be keeping these exercises as part of my general fitness routine for a long time!

  I have been seeing Caroline from the The Egoscue Method Del Mar for over 1.5 years. Prior to the starting with Egoscue, I had bad leg and back pain. After a number of treatment methods locally didn't work, I decided to try the online Skype option with Egoscue. Initially I thought this wouldn't work but in fact it worked really well for me as they have a great iPhone app which I use daily to ensure Im completing my exercises correctly - plus Caroline has been accessible via email.
  
  The Egoscue Method has helped me get back to doing the things I love - like playing with my three young kids, the gym, swimming and walking.

  I discovered Egoscue "accidentally" during a 3-month stay in the area. Initially, I was just interested in the exercises; after a few sessions, however, I realized there was far more to this system than meets the eye. What began as a sense of curiosity has grown to a deep appreciation and respect for work of the practitioners here. Sarah has been nothing short of *excellent* to work with, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

  The staff at Egoscue is amazing, caring and knowledgeable! The Egoscue Method really works! I am feeling so much better. The great thing about this place is that you actually see the results with their technology. If you want to feel better, visit the staff. You will be happy with the results!
