Staff is friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. Class was great! Loved the flow, and the instructor was incredibly helpful in explaining each exercise and making gentle corrections to ensure proper form. Good for any level of fitness and experience. Can make modifications for injury or any limitations a person might have. Great variety of types of classes and times. I just went for the first time yesterday, signed up directly after class for a 3 month membership, and am already recruiting new students. I'm hooked!

Great instructors, clean studio with good air circulation and Nicole the General Manager is very helpful and accommodating. Level one classes are just right for beginners like me. Many thanks to the entire team.

I love the instructors, the flexibility of so many classes in a day, and the app. It’s also such a clean and well-lit studio. I feel very safe in it. As for Pilates- it has changed my life. I am a swimmer and need both strength and flexibility. This gives me both. I feel stronger and more stable in the water than ever before. The mindfulness and breathing is an added bonus in each class!
