  Can’t remember her name, but the retailer over there was amazing. She helped us out and knew exactly what we needed and explained a few things to us to help us understand. Going back for my trail shoes and socks.

  So glad I found Fleet Feet! They do a great job curating their product offering, and staff members actually know all the products. I'm a distance runner who does everyday training and races. It's so nice to walk into a store that has a thoughtful selection of the best products in every category. I was so sick of places like Dick's that seem to offer a lot, but everything is lower quality, geared toward more casual athletes, and staff product knowledge is limited.

  The sales person was great, listened to what I needed, and fitted me perfectly. The custom insoles recommended by your machine have made my shoes the most comfortable I've ever had. She also recommended a pair of flip flops that I've begun putting on first thing in the am in lieu of my slippers and for the past week have been pain free in my feet. Thank you.

  Awesome customer service & great selection of items! Came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but had 2 people come up to me to offer their advice and help. Still was deciding on what I wanted so came back the next day and Katy was very helpful she even remembered the email I had sent her a few days prior. Definitely recommend and will be coming back when in the area!
