  I just called because I thought I was going to have to return my item as things are really tight right now especially with Christmas around the corner. Not sure who I talked to but he helped me with a plan to be able to keep my item. I didn't even know that was an option so I truly appreciate the help I received!

  These folks were beyond nice to me and set me up for a washer and dryer and a monthly payment plan. Just great service and a helpful plan for very little that even helps me with car issues and more. If you were to lose your job they will pay up to 4 payments for you, give you some time....

  Rey and Bryan came in after a disastrous attempt by another company to fix a gas leak. As I suspected, a full new run of the gas lines was in order due to the difficulty in isolating the leak and the age of the house. Rey showed up quickly and provided a very competitive quote, and got to work first thing the next day. Bryan spent the bulk of his time under the house and both Rey and Bryan were professional, fast, knowledgeable and as a bonus: a real pleasure with whom to do business. There was a delay in SDGE in returning to check the work and turn back on the gas, and Bryan stayed and waited until he was certain the job was done correctly. Excellent service and will definitely call them with any further plumbing work.

  Reynaldo was very professional and friendly, on time, and performed high quality work. He updated all of the plumbing including replacing the pipes under the house from what it was almost 100 years ago as well as installed a clean-out to help with any potential issues in the future. Reynaldo was also very responsive to any questions that I had; I would hire him again!

  Reynaldo and Brian did an absolutely fantastic job at my house. They were very professional, knowledgeable, hard working and devised a great game plan for the work I needed done. My house is 60 yrs old and the black iron pipes below the concrete slab had broken. They found the problem, fixed it and then continued on to my other problems. Copper pipes and some fixtures were replaced. They finished exactly when they projected they would. I am a knowledgeable tradesman (except plumbing) and know quality work when I see it and this was very high quality work. I'll be recommending Rey and Brian to all of my friends.

  Bryan was a fantastic plumber! He came in, assessed the work that had to be done, taught me how to unclog a toilet, and even had time to chat with me afterwards! Very very nice guy who was extremely professional. All the while he was in touch with Rey, who was as nice as he could be. I HIGHLY recommend Promaster Plumbling! For them to come to me on a Saturday made it extra special. If I ever have any problems again, I will absolutely call Promaster Plumbing!

  *Promaster Plumbing, Two weeks ago Ray and Bryan was working on our rental house replace pipes in San Diego areas. Ray was very responsive and professional. More important, he was on top of his schedule by working fast with good quality of work done for us. It’s take them only two and half days to complete their work. Bryan was professional on remove and replace pipe for us as well. Ray and Bryan have done outstanding work to get the pipe removed and replaced from the inside the house. Which is from a bathtub all the to the front of the house to the street side walk. Talking about the prices Promaster Plumbing are much more cheaper than any others places that I got quotes from. They both done an excellent work for our rental home. For those who are looking for pipes replacements for your home. “Promaster Plumbing” is a way to go! I am highly recommend it. Therefore, they are professional, on time, good quality of work, and very knowledgeable on their works.
