  Carlos is exceptional at customer service, he is available via text and makes the process as seamless as possible. As a customer it is easier to work with the owner directly and it makes a difference when the owner is as pleasant and easy to reach as he is.
  Additionally I respect the way the quotes are produced as they are completely broken down so you know what you are being charged. Many companies lump everything but this system is much more upfront. I would recommend working with 5 Diamond and especially with Carlos.

  I’m a realtor and have been using these guys exclusively for many inspections, repairs, and referrals to clients, and they are fantastic! Very professional, on time, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I highly recommend 5 Diamond!!

  Truly outstanding service. They checked our 3 airconditioners and furnaces and pronounced them in good shape. Their only recommendation was to change out two capacitors.
  This was after we had an evaluation by a different company who said all units should be changed because they were nearing the end of their life.
  Honesty is a rare virtue these days and it is comforting to find a company that isn't out to just sell equipement.

  Justin was early, kind, patient, efficient, clean and helpful. I had attempted to install an ecobee without success, and it didn’t take him any time to address all properly, test to ensure, and be on his way. Would definitely recommend and his persona was very appreciated. Ken

  These guys are awesome. I had an appointment scheduled out a week in advance but an emergency left me in a tight spot. Carlos was wonderful over the phone and worked extremely hard to get me a same day appointment (!!!!). Within an hour, I had Brent and Shelby at my house. They were able to find the problem and correct it within an hour. They even took the extra step to show me what was wrong and took precaution to protect my flooring. They then helped me reinstall the nest which included anchors and drilling which was a HUGE help. I highly recommend them—very quick, very honest, thorough and straight forward company. Thanks again!!
