(June 9, 2019, 6:28 pm)I have been living at Coral Bay Apartments for 3 years now. I have to say, while it has flaws (like many places) such as lack of parking spots when you come home (some days even as early as 6 PM) and dog poop that has not been picked up (which I blame the owners since there are doggie bags made available) -- this place is pretty great!
It is a great location, close to the freeways and Mission Bay. The maintenance personnel are all friendly, competent, and efficient. For close to a 1000 units, it's fairly quiet for the most part -- no loud parties or disturbances.
Recently, I had a parking mishap.
When I spoke to the Leasing Office and confirmed what had happened, I was surprised to find how little the clerk cared. But what could have been a completely ugly situation that ruined my Saturday was turned around by Lee (might be misspelling the name), the Community Manager. She understood my situation and called the towing company to ask them to release my vehicle without the fees as a ONE time courtesy.
I am truly grateful to her for her extraordinary customer service. It would have been easy for her to say, tough luck and not bother to help me. But she spent time listening to my side and went beyond the call of duty to help me. Thank you Lee for your help! And everyone at Coral Bay team for the work you do to make this a great place to live. -

(May 25, 2019, 9:26 pm)Yesterday my fiancé and I visited Coral Bay Apartments for a tour and we had an amazing experience. We were warmly greeted by Jessica who made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. The property looked beautiful, clean and it had everything we are looking for, specially great prices!!! We are excited about our new home and we feel peaceful about knowing we will have amazing people like Jessica and the other staff members that are always willing to help and facilitate the whole moving process for us.

She made sure we understood everything, felt welcomed and even joked with us. It was a very fun experience. Doris also told us matter of fact and provided helpful tips for living here. She offered us a top quality costumer service, making the move -in paperwork process nice and smooth, and answered all our questions in a timed manner. We’ve got all kinds of recommendations from Doris, including where to eat, where to shop, local hot spots, etc. We are very happy with moving to Coral Bay and look forward to be all settled!
