He takes his time to fix anything that needs to be fixed. He suggests good ideas and he also takes notes for you so if you liked something that was added to your last song he can go back and see what it was that was added. Definitely organized. I have worked with the producer Richard for about 8 months now. He has gone above and beyond to bring the best beats to the table, he has also made masterpieces out of the recorded tracks I have made. He never fails to surprise me. When mixing down and mastering my track he details what he will be doing or if I am looking for a certain sound. The environment is welcoming, homey and comfortable.
