I initially wanted to get a unit at another location on 257th St. but no one was in the office. I accidentally called the location on 253rd and TaTiana was so nice and had me come to her location and was so helpful and fixed me up with a unit right away!

Rented a storage for last month (November) and it was great. I mean not the moving things haha But this storage facility is the best!! Esmeralda helped me out and she was AMAZING!! She made sure I got the deal I found online. Even stood late to help out another customer and myself....on a Saturday evening!! She's the BEST!!! The property owner Sandy checked me out without any issues. You can tell she really cares about the property and your property as well! Rest assured, if you rent a storage here you won't have to worry about your things and have a peace of mind storing them. Thank you!!

I love it, the experience was great, I am a Farmer’s Insurance Agent this was my first experience getting a storage. The experience was so great, the process was smooth. Despite of having options and closer locations this spot has the deals and has great customer service. Sandy, was very friendly and well spoken. Thank you Sandy, for the laughs and great experience.
