My service representative was amazing!! He ensured that my vehicle was inspected and that I received a complete rundown on necessary repairs/maintenance and recommended repairs/maintenance. No pressure to have “suggested” repairs…in fact, I thought I needed new tires and he said I didn’t need new tires yet and recommended I hold off!! I also had my car detailed while it was there because I was out of town for a few days. It cost half the price of my last full detail and my car looked brand new!! This is the first time I used Priority for service, I’ve been loyal to the original dealership I purchased from…Priority is so much closer, more convenient, and the showroom/waiting area has awesome amenities!! I will definitely continue to use Priority Toyota in Springfield as my “go to” dealership for sales and service!!

Purchased a Corolla from them in 2013. I have the priorities for life which is good. Take it to them for regular maintenance and tire replacement/rotations. pretty decent. Their priorities for life is pretty good. I don’t wait 10,000 miles to change my oil, I get it done every six months or 5000 miles whichever comes first. As with any service station, you always need to be astute and ask your own questions and make sure the personnel understand what you want and follow up after the service with your service advisor. That’s just standard information. Overall, they do a good job. They usually work with me to give me coupons/discounts on certain things if they can.

It is well organized but very busy place. I don't know about the staff strength; however, it takes a long time before a mechanic would touch your car. No work was done on my car because I had to retrieve my car due to the timing issue. Nonetheless, the staff is very courteous and helpful.

Probably one of the better oil change/maintenance experiences I have had at a dealership. It was originally supposed to be kid free, but plans changed and I had to bring my 3 with me. Thankfully they had a kid zone with a door, so it was a good space to contain the chaos. I appreciated that they quickly gave me their recommendations, and were not pushy about me accepting some and not others. They estimated 1.5-2 hours (they were very busy) and they were done with my vehicle just under the 1.5 hours. I saw that they even wrote and highlighted (waiting with kids) to the servicer which was MUCH appreciated! It really was a hassle free, relatively calm and quick process. We’ve always had great service at this priority, but this took the cake!

Service representative Chris Navarrete did a great job helping me go in and out of the service appointment. He wasn’t originally my selected service rep but saw me waiting in line and decided to help his colleague. I’m glad he did because it was painless and quick appointment and he was professional and great communicator. I’ve had terrible experiences with the other reps before but Chris looks like he has potential to go further.
