  Made everything so simple and easy! Paperwork is all online, so we were in and out of the office in 20 minutes for our first visit. They got us in right away and were very efficient. It was my son's first dentist appointment and he had a great experience! Would reccomend to anyone!

  My son has been going to Dr. Toppi for a few years (he's 5 now) and I never have an issue trying to get him to go to the dentist. He likes, yes I said likes going to the dentist. They have fun games to play but we never have to wait long. Dr. Toppi and his employees are all very friendly. He explains everything and we have never felt rushed. You feel like your babies are in good hands at this office and to me that's what matters most. I found Lil Smiles on yelp, he has great reviews and they were all correct.

  I started bringing my son here at age 2 and we have always had the best experience! It took two visits for my son to get comfortable, but now he's a rockstar! The staff is incredibly friendly and gentle. The waiting room is full of fun activities - lots of screens for video games, a playhouse, movies playing, and coffee/tea for mom (win!). The patient rooms have a tv mounted to the ceiling for kids to enjoy while getting their teeth cleaned. Dr. Toppi is respectful and kind with the kids and always makes sure any and all of my questions are answered. Highly recommended!

  I hardly ever write reviews, but I have to say Dr. Toppi is THE BEST pediatric dentist in San Diego. My son absolutely loves coming in for an exam. As a parent to a child with no cavities but future teeth issues it is important to keep him relaxed and loving the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Toppi and his team. The high level of customer service and caring is why we keep coming back.
