  I took Maura's 8am Naam + Kundalini Yoga class at Sojourn Healing Collective and it was AMAZING! She has the best bubbly, positive energy and spoke about astrology, guided us through mantras and chanting, rejuvenating yoga poses and exercises and 2 beautiful meditations. I left feel inspired, energized, cleansed and filled with love. Can't wait to go again!

  I have been taking Maura’s kundalini classes and also worked with her for some house energy cleaning sessions and Feng Shui private workshops. Maura has an amazing positive energy she brings and spreads around her wherever she enters. She also is very knowledgeable about holistic healing techniques, and a great teacher. I keep learning each time I interact with her and enrich my life with her endless wisdom. I feel so blessed I got to know Maura and have her as a teacher in my life. Once your path crosses with hers, you better keep her for a life time, because it is hard to find such a caring and healing soul. Pleasure taking your classes Maura.

  Maura has a magic healing touch. She first taught me to kundalini yoga which changed my life. She has been my go-to healer for over fifteen years now. I have gone to her for my son’s complex neurological issues and anxiety, and she has helped him sleep better and heal faster after each surgery and complications. I have literally felt her working on him remotely and lifting him up. I have gone to her for my own struggles with depression and somatic problems like chronic pain and fatigue. I have asked her dowsing help for every major life decision, and also the little things because they add up. In better days, she has helped me clean out my closet, put outfits together and create wonderful cozy spaces every time I moved. Maura is just that talented! I highly recommend her services.   Maura is one of those very special people that shines an absolutely bright light on everyone she comes into contact with. I first met her at her Kundalini yoga class. What I loved immediately is that her spirit is so uplifting. You simply cannot be around her and feel sad, she is an instant cure. Her Kundalini yoga has been of great benefit to me from a mind, body, spirit perspective. I especially enjoy Maura's classes because she not only guides you through, she gives so many tips and techniques that can be easily practiced throughout the week to help in a myriad of areas. There definitely is something magic about this 3000 year old practice!
  
  In addition to yoga, Maura also offers another ancient practice called Harmonium healing. This bio-metaphysical technique of deep relaxation is a transformational experience for both the body and the spirit. In simple terms, when I left this session, so lovingly provided by Maura, I felt that I was walking six inches off the ground. Her guidance, yoga instruction and Harmonium healing are a beautiful combination to help elevate the soul. I highly recommend her!

  Maura is a radiant light. She is in a class of her own, and viewing pure love and positivity into her magical treatments. Not many people in view so much love and care and compassion into their sessions. Maura does. She is completely there with you and for you 100% of the way, And leaving a session with her you feel completely re-balance and we calibrated. During session you feel like you’re in a different world and you cannot quite pinpoint what exactly happened afterwards! She truly sees you, she brings out the best in you, and sees your best. This makes you feel truly seen and heard and appreciated for who you are at your core level: Your higher self. If you want a transcendental, truly nourishing treatment, please don’t even think about it, and go see Maura. Your life will change, and you will be ever thankful.
