    The dollar tree has finally caught up with the rest of the world and now are charging $1.25 per item. The guy in front of us wasn't aware of that and he had calculated the total of his purchase based on the old $1 amount, in my head I was hoping he wasn't going to say "just forget it, I can't afford it" . I was going to pay the extra $2 dollars for him. Where else can you get two rolls of scotch tape for $1.25. Still some of the best deals in town. The cashier where I go is awei

    Amazing results, prolotherapy relieved my back pain in about 6 sessions. Dr. Kulik is a very kind and honest. Highly recommended!

    Referred to Dr Kulik from an aquaintaince. Was having achilles issue for almost 2 years, going thru regular health care with insurance, going to 2 podiatrists. The last one introduced me to prolotherapy, and I did the 6 shots recommended but after the last shot, PT had me do exercises that were too strenuous and it set me back, almost to square 1. ? I now had to go out of network and pay out of pocket to avoid a cast for 4-6 weeks or surgery. Getting treatment from Dr. Kulik now and adding hip, SI, and ankle to treatment in addition to achilles. I do see an improvement but the process is slow. 1x a month. Other Dr. did injection 1x a week. In reading book on it, 1x a month is better. Thankful I have Dr. Kulik as a resource to promote healing. Prices are fair too.
