Above and beyond are the words I would use to describe Big O Tire in Whitestown. I went in for tires and an alignment and it did not go well. My truck was not very nice to the technician. When it was all said and done I had 2 different sets of tire installed and 4 alignments. All of this because of great customer service! I wasn’t happy with the first set of tire and they ordered me different ones. The alignment was off by a little and in the end a faulty part was found. They could have given up and returned my truck or even referred me to the dealer but instead they pushed on. The staff as a whole was extremely polite. I gave 4 stars because I was without my truck for I think 5 days for tires and an alignment. I will definitely have Big O in mind the next time I need tires and an alignment.

Fantastic service. Garret and rest of staff are awesome. We had a complicated brake issue that took longer and a couple more parts than quoted price. NO extra charge and final price lower than originally quoted. Absolutely our new place to go for auto tires and service. Thanks so much!

During a recent road trip to FSU with my son, our front drivers side tire blew out on South I65 between Lebanon and Whitestown, IN. Bob's towing service did an amazing job and took us to Big O Tires, where we experienced exceptional, helpful and friendly service from multiple people including Garrett, the sales associate. The girl(sorry I did not catch your name) came out to our vehicle, asked if we needed assistance, showed us how to unlock our spare, and wrote down the specs of our tire. We ended up purchasing a tire and she installed it. The service was top notch and we were back on the road within the hour. Would highly recommend Big O Tires.

We were traveling from North Carolina to a Wisconsin and had a flat tire. Stopped here to see if they could help us out. Although they were very busy and we expected a long wait, the service could not have been better! Garrett assessed our tire and told us to wait in the lobby or feel free to go next store for a bite to eat. By the time we returned, our tire was fixed, remounted, our spare put away, and our car was ready to go. We couldn’t have been delayed more than 45 minutes, if it was even that long. Outstanding service! I only wish we lived closer so that we could frequent this business more often!

4 happy kids, 2 excited golden doodles and one worry-free marriage are all due to these staff at Big O Tires. We are from out of state and yesterday we had an urgent tire need. We pulled off the highway to the nearest tire service business, and we were blessed to have found Big O Tires. Garrett was immediately understanding of our needs and quickly got the service technicians working on our car. In less than 1 hour, the issue was identified and fixed properly. We were nervous we had a severe issue with our tire that would have delayed our trip. With the quickness and effectiveness in their work, we were back on the road and, more importantly, we had the peace of mind knowing that our tire was no longer an issue.
