When you start with a therapist here they say, “if you don’t think I am the right person for you, you can find someone else. It’s not a problem”. Or something to that effect. I have seen 3 counselors in total and the third was a perfect match. Personality doesn’t match or you don’t like their methods so you move on and thats ok. I say everyone should try therapy, it’s been amazing for me. Really helps to sort my thoughts, my self doubts, understanding myself and the people around me better. I go every 2 to 4 weeks. I take away a star because appointments book up fast and sometimes its a month or two before I can book an appointment. They allow you to book appointments in advance but if you forget your kind of screwed for a month. Good luck to all of you out there in need of these services. Taking the steps to get help aren’t always easy but its a step in the right direction.

Dr. Kimberly Holloway is an incredible therapist! Working with her has literally changed my life for the better. She is very kind and intelligent. She did a great job patiently working with me for the last 1.5 years. I was very comfortable with her, no matter what topic I was sharing. I highly recommend her. My friend also began seeing her recently and has nothing but positive things to say. We both agree we lucked out with such a great therapist (she is the first therapist either of us have seen).
