  Rafael was the installer of my AC/ Heater. Excellent attitude very thorough and always kept me apprised of his progress. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great experience. Highly recommend Action Air Conditioning.

  Got super lucky Bill (service tech) was in the Eastlake Area when I contacted Action on a Sunday morning. My A/C and furnace installers yesterday forgot to restart my water heater before leaving. Bill was friendly, personable and fixed my issue in less 3 minutes. Much appreciated.

  Arturo Rivera was sent to my home for my 6 month check up for my air conditioner. After arrival Arturo promptly went to work. He is quite friendly, & knowledgeable on the different types of payment contracts. I found this refreshing. Arturo Rivera should be commended for his work and attitude. Arturo is a definite asset to Action Air!

  Antoine and Jimmy showed up each morning, on-time, ready to work. They kept the place clean and were respectful of my home. They finished when they said they would and the HERS testing went without a hitch. The Lennox equipment is very quiet and effective. Great job!

  I was very impressed with action Air Conditioning & Heating. Their estimator was thorough, so that I knew exactly what I was going to get. Their office team sent me updates and reminders. Their installers were right on time. This was exceptional. The installation team worked steadily throughout the day. I didn't see any of them wasting time. I was so impressed that I have referred them to an additional job. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.
