Aaron & Sam arrived within an hour. Very professional & brought in mats to protect flooring. Unclogged my kitchen sink. Gave tips on maintaining drains & preventing clogs. Very nice & recommend them!

Aaron and his apprentice Sam were quick, friendly and effective with helping us solve a drainage block that was causing water to back up into the house. They were able to fix the issue within a couple of hours from making the phone call for service. Will definitely use them again.

Once the Roto Rooter Drain Technician arrived he immediately looked at both locations in need of repair, listened to my issues, and proceeded to get to work. He was very efficient in cleaning the drain line into the septic tank and had me run all the faucets, showers and toilets to ensure all the p traps were clear.
After closing up all open drain lids and tank lids he then proceeded to vacuum water from the master toilet, remove the nuts holding the toilet down and removed caulking from the bowl seat. The damaged wax seal was removed, all old caulk and wax cleaned from the tiles, a new wax seal applied and the bowl replaced on its bolts. He finished by caulking the toilet and turned on the water.
He was very efficient and responsive to all my questions and concerns. As the ads say, all my worries went down the drain! The cost was reasonable and I would definitely call them again. Thanks!!
