  Beautiful park with nice grassy areas to sit and enjoy the view. Down the beach you can find the Children's Pool which has Sea Lions swimming about. There's a couple of areas where you can walk down to the sand and take a dip if you feel like, but I wouldn't recommend going down there in the evening when the tide comes in. The waves can get very violent.

  Great views. I'm definitely going back to explore more. Only had a short time so mad a quick stop. The locals said the seals will hang out here near the gard tower. The ocean view here is amazing. Great place for pics.

  Sooo picturesque! Our favorite spot for a relaxing picnic lunch at the beach. Grab one of the benches right on the Boardwalk, and sit, relax, enjoy ť ocean breeze

  Great time with great friends! Plus getting to see real baby seals being born. Epic San Diego and then the best Mexican restaurant in the state.

  Summer evenings are terrific. In general great views of the ocean. No surfing, swimming etc. But good for viewing the scenery
