Went to UC San Diego Health Emergency surgery - for an obstruction due to twisting and knotting of my gastrointestinal tract. Volvulus- Blocking my intestine and obstruction of blood flow and my Thyroid Gland disorders.... Dr. Michael Bouvet, MD is now my go to surgeon. His bed side manner style is excellent, His communication is excellent, His memory is excellent. Knowing he will be in the surgery room with me makes me feel at ease. Dr. Bouvet makes me comfortable, through meeting me at eye level, smiling and keeping me calm, making it easier to get a feeling of safety. +A for gentleness and courtesy. Hi I wanted to thank doctor Michael Bouvet, and his team for the outstanding care and service that you guys have provided so I cant thank you enough . This was my first time being oprated on in having my parathyroid removed. I must tell you for the first time I met the doctor and his assistant Janelle Penny Dela Vina, I felt I was in very good hands I really thought I would be nervous about the whole thing , but their trust and comfort that you really feel right away I didn't have to worry about anything . Before the opration the doctor and his came in and insured me everything will alright and if there is anything more they could to make me feel more comfortable I was really blessed to meet such a wonderful caring human beings . I can't say enough the only thing to summit it all if you have a medical situation like mine then I can't recommend anyone else but this well knowledge wonderful doctor and his team thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my experience with these wonderful people. The hospital was top notch service cleaningnes I can't find anything to complain about .
