  Great view overlooking Scripps Beach, surfers and the Pacific. The wait for food is long, but they do prepare you for that with good signage. I had the poached pear salad with was large and delicious even with no added meat. The only thing missing is a little foot shower station for getting rid of one's beach-walking sand before dining. Atmosphere is happy with intellectual energy.

  Caroline's is perfect for Sunday brunch. The food is decent but the view of the ocean is amazing. The lines can get long so come early if you don't want to wait too long. However, after you finish eating I would suggest keeping some time to go take a stroll on the beach because the beach is just gorgeous.

  The food is INCREDIBLE. Everything, from the coffee, pancakes, THE AMAZING BACON and the fresh fruit; everything is super delicious.
  Plus the beautiful view.

  It’s a very popular place breakfast/ brunch place, with a wonderful view. Food is amazing, service is good, wait times can vary, food takes half an hour easily to get served - totally worth the wait, indoor and outdoor seating available, wheel chair friendly place.

  Really good place to visit for breakfast. A lil busy but worth the wait. You can enjoy your breakfast with the view of a beach and nice breeze. The manager/owner is very sweet. Their buttermilk pancakes are love, do try them. Also the hot chocolate.
