The studio is bright, airy, and clean. Tomoko, the owner, is wonderful. She is well informed in pilates technique and is able to translate that to both novice and experienced client. Tomoko has helped me find muscles that I never knew I had! She has made me realize the importance of maintaining balance and core agility. She is also knowledgeable about physical rehabilitation and has helped me tremendously with my post foot surgery recovery.

If you are looking for Pilates or Gyrotonic, this is THE place. Tomoko is an amazing teacher and rehab specialist you can find. She will give you the best sessions and will get you in great shape. She offers group and private classes. Her studio is gorgeous, one of the best I have seen in La Jolla. It s clean and spacious.

Tomoko was brilliant. I had an intense course of pilates with her whilst my daughter was undergoing medical treatment in La Jolla. She helped with rehab following a back injury and when we return later this year we will all go and see her. Thank you very much!
