  I had to get surgery in Bali where I had to be put under anesthesia on my second to last day of my 3 week surf and dive trip. My surfboard fin cut me 5 cm wide and 7 cm deep. The surgery was to clean the wound, remove a hematoma, stitch the muscle, and skin on my left calf. The process was so easy. I didn’t have to pay anything and there was no hassle. I had Geo Blue Insurance with a million dollar coverage and zero deductible. It literally took 2 five minute phone calls to get covered at the BIMC Hospital in Nusa Dua Bali. Thanks for your recommendation. I will continue to use travel insurance through you in the future and recommend friends. I am totally fine and I had an epic trip. It took me 3 days to walk again. The airlines picked me up and dropped me off in a wheelchair at my transfer flights. I also paid a porter to haul my gear. It could’ve been a nightmare if I didn’t get this insurance from you.

  great customer service, super knowledgable about the different plans. They do a very good job of explaining and comparing plans so that I understand exactly what is covered. A 5 minute phone call was all it took for me to have a complete understanding and confidence in my purchasing of a policy. Its a heck of a lot easier to have an agent explain everything to me rather than read endless pages of policies from different companies. And it doesn't cost a penny more !

  Best personalized customer service ever! And I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it was to get family international health coverage. I spend a lot of time traveling to remote areas of Mexico, and my kid is into extreme sports, so I especially wanted emergency evacuation coverage. Arno saved me so much time by finding the perfect coverage for me with a well-known carrier. He even spoke to each carrier at length about the details of their evacuation coverage to be sure it would actually work in the type of scenario I might experience. You have to be careful about the fine print- sometimes what you think you're getting turns out to have limits you didn't realize. Having an experienced agent who knows what questions to ask is invaluable. And to top it off, I had no idea I could get family coverage at such an affordable cost! It was a no-brainer! I have since referred my international students to him as well, and they have all received personal attention from him to meet their needs for coverage in the US. He shops around for them and finds the best options at the best prices. He even speaks Spanish! I totally recommend this guy- he's not just out to make the biggest sale, he actually cares about your needs.

  I have used Health Insurance Services International many times over the last few years. I do quite a bit of international travel, both for business and pleasure, and always use their insurance services to make sure I am covered and protected. The customer service is exceptional and they are very quick to answer any questions that I might have. The selection of different insurance policies to meet your individual needs is excellent and the prices are very competitive .
