Always notifies me about upcoming sessions in advance and always sends a text for a next session, which I found very helpful.
Lucy is very dedicated and great to work with. My conditioning and flexibility improved and I can see the healthy transition my body has been able to achieve.
Overall friendly and supportive environment and very happy with my progress. -

The studio and its equipment are clean and well-maintained. It's easy to find parking right there -- and then make a Whole Foods run right after! Lucy is truly superb.
