I LOVE THIS PLACE! I must confess, I have not been waxed in years. I just wasn't comfortable with the last place I tried. Not here!!! At Elixr I was immediately at-ease and the service was great! The staff was so friendly and efficient! I'm a new "regular!" Love It, Love It, Love It!!!!

Recently new to San Diego and I was on the hunt for a waxing studio. I am a travel nurse and have to find new waxing studios in every state I go to. With so many options I happened to come across this gem. This was the FIRST and ONLY place I tried. I booked my first visit with Angie for a Brazilian. I waited several days to see my results. I was so pleased that I went back in shortly after for my underarms. My appointment went smooth. I walked in, was greeted right away, offered a beverage, and waited only a few minutes until Angie came out. Angie is a really sweet and professional esthetician! She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and even gave me some helpful tips. Being a nurse, I always watch for the cleanliness of the esthetician and facility. Angie exceeded my expectations, she changed her gloves, never double dipped, and went from clean to dirty areas without cross contaminating. I am really glad I found this waxing studio. They offer an awesome monthly membership for Brazilians, which I highly recommend!

Love, love, love. Waxing is a very personal, trusting activity that one leaves to a professional. By recommendation of a good friend, I went to Elixr and was not disappointed. I'll never go anywhere else. The staff was so friendly and had a fantastic bedside manner. Thank you Elixr!!!

Absolutely fantastic. The whole staff was nice, especially Sierra who was my "waxpert." Solid online appointment scheduling. A clean, upscale, professional establishment that is exceptionally affordable! As a straight male I like to go someplace for waxing where I am not judged, and they treated me with respect and candor. I will definitely keep coming here in the future and recommend it to anyone!
